ASSEMBLY
ASSEMBLY AND REFINEMENT AREA
In this area, all the pieces that will form the machine are assembled. The process starts by building the structure of the machine and it finishes in the refinement of the final product; but before reaching the final product we assemble the pieces that will be used for functional sets or workstations, we carry out different thermal treatment of thickness: temper, drawn, among others; and of superficial end: rectified, chromium-plated, among others.
Later, we proceed to assemble all mechanized pieces with bearings, pneumatic components and servo motors of every workstation, to finish with working mechanical tests.
At the same time, electrical and electronic stations are assembled: PLCs, inverters, sensors and electrical boards. When the assembly is done, the adjustment stage starts with the final product given by the customer.
