PLACING OF PRODUCTS IN CARDBOARD BOXES
Case Packing Machine for bottles or plastic containers.
Cartesian system.
In order to place bottles or jars into cardboard boxes (American style), Case Packers take batches (or groups) of containers directly from the end of the conveyor belt of the production line, and a Pick & Place device places the containers inside the box.
The movement system is through Cartesian axes.
In is possible to change up to 6 configurations of packaging type with the multi-format version.
The machine may or may not include the automatic assembly unit of boxes.

These machines can pack with reduced times, optimizing volumes and storage costs and improving the package care, conservation and quality.
A Vacuum System (vacuum pumps and suction cups) is used to pick and place products in bags or other flexible packaging.
